Aggravated Assault
|
An unlawful attack by one person upon another for the purpose of inflicting severe or aggravated bodily injury. This type of assault usually is accompanied by the use of a weapon or by means likely to produce death or great bodily harm. Simple assaults are excluded.

Alcohol Incident
|
The violation of state or local laws, ordinances or CCSNH policy prohibiting the manufacture, sale, transportation, furnishing, possessing of intoxicating liquor; underage possession, maintaining unlawful drinking places; bootlegging; operating a still; furnishing liquor to
minor or intemperate person; using a vehicle for illegal transportation of liquor; all attempts to commit any of the aforementioned.

Arson
|
Any willful or malicious burning or attempt to burn, with or without intent to defraud, a dwelling house, public building, motor vehicle or aircraft, or personal property of another, etc.

Assault
|
An unlawful physical attack by one person upon another where neither the offender displays a weapon, nor the victim suffers obvious severe or aggravated bodily injury involving apparent broken bones, loss of teeth, possible internal injury, severe laceration, or loss of consciousness.

Burglary
|
The unlawful entry of a structure to commit a felony or a theft. The UCR Program classifies offenses locally known as burglary (any degree), unlawful entry with intent to commit a larceny or felony, breaking and entering with intent to commit a larceny, housebreaking, safecracking, and all attempts at these offenses as burglary

|
Formal report to document and submit a compliant concerning inappropriate or illegal misconduct of an individual.

Damaged Property
|
Damage or destruction of real or personal property, caused by negligence, willful destruction, or act of nature.

Drug Incident
|
The violation of laws or CCSNH policy prohibiting the production, distribution, and/or use of certain controlled substances and the equipment or devices utilized in their preparation and/or use. Fraud
|
Deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage. Fraud may relate to financial, regulatory, compliance, or other matters.

Harassment - Intolerence
|
Any repeated or continuing uninvited contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm, annoyance, or emotional distress.
|
|
|
Hate Crime
|
A crime that is motivated by prejudice on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation, or other grounds.
|
|
|
Injury
|
Damage to the body caused by external force. This may be caused by accidents, falls, hits, weapons, and other causes. **For Workers Comp related injuries please also report to Human Resource Department**

IT Related
|
Any computer related incident which potentially jeopardizes the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of an information system or the information the system processes, stores, or transmits or that constitutes a violation or imminent threat of violation of CCSNH security policies, security procedures, or acceptable use policies.

Lost or Mislaid Property
|
Report any lost, mislaid property.
|
|
|
Maintenance Related
|
Any incident in which the maintenance of CCSNH controlled facilities has been impacted.

Power outage, Broken water pipe, etc.
|
|
Motor Vehicle
|
Any incident involving a motor vehicle. A motor vehicle may include but is not limited to the following: Cars, Trucks, Buses, Motorcycles, Tractors, UTV,s, etc.

Motor vehicle accidents, motor vehicle theft, motor vehicle vandalism, etc.
|
|
Person of Concern
|
Report about an individual who has brought increased negative attention to themselves through comments or other actions and there is reason for concern for other individuals safety and well being.
|

|
Protective Order Violation
|
A person commits the crime of violation of a protection order if, after the person has been personally served with a protection order that identifies the person as a restrained person or otherwise has acquired from the court or law enforcement personnel actual knowledge of the contents of a protection order that identifies the person as a restrained person, the person contacts, harasses, injures, intimidates, molests, threatens, or touches the protected person or protected property.

|
The taking or attempting to take anything of value from the care, custody, or control of a person or persons by force or threat of force or violence and/or by putting the victim in fear.

Safety Violation
|
A violation of a particular workplace safety standard, regulation, CCSNH policy, or rule.

Sex Offense
|
Any sexual incident in which the main component of the complaint is sexual in nature.

|
The act of offering, or attempting to purchase, goods and/or services.

Suspicious Activity
|
Any incident, event, individual or activity that seems unusual or out of place.

Theft
|
The unlawful taking, carrying, leading, or riding away of property from the
possession to constructive possession of another.

|
Weapon Violation
|
The violation of laws or ordinances prohibiting the manufacture, sale,
purchase, transportation, possession, concealment, or use of firearms, cutting instruments, explosives, incendiary devices or other deadly weapons. This classification encompasses weapons offenses that are regulatory in nature. Manufacture, sale, or possession of deadly weapons, carrying deadly weapons, concealed or openly, using, manufacturing, etc. silencers, furnishing deadly weapons to minors, aliens’ possession deadly weapons.
